Delta Star East

Lynchburg, VA

Our 308,000 sq. ft. east coast manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters opened in 1962 and is located only several miles from the picturesque Blue Ridge Parkway. This facility specializes in the quality bulk production of power transformers, mobile substations, and portable skid units. It features a state-of-the-art, pressurized winding room; onsite tank fabrication; climate-controlled phase assembly; a dedicated mobile assembly isle; and test capabilities up to 1050kV BIL.

Delta Star West

San Carlos, CA

Our 108,000 sq. ft. west coast manufacturing facility opened in 1950 and is located 15 miles north of Silicon Valley, California. This facility specializes in the production of power transformers and mobile solutions. It features a state-of-the-art, pressurized winding room; state-of-the-art phase assembly; onsite tank fabrication; a dedicated mobile substation assembly aisle; and testing capabilities up to 900kV BIL.

Delta Star North

Québec, Canada

Our 71,000 sq. ft. northern manufacturing facility was acquired in 2015 and is located 30 miles southeast of Montreal. This facility specializes in the production of power transformers and high-voltage load tap changers. It features a state-of-the-art, pressurized winding room; the ability to test 315kV Class; and expertise in high voltage, in tank, load tap changers.

Forest, Virginia

Located 10 miles northwest of the corporate headquarters is our 12,000 sq. ft. field service command center that oversees all operations for the Field Service business unit providing OEM Operations, Engineering and Material support.
