Delta Star Announces Joint Energy Assurance Effort to U.S. Government
(LYNCHBURG, Va., Aug. 8, 2022) – Delta Star announced a joint effort with JMH Group and Pendulum Services to introduce high-quality energy assurance, resiliency and Field Service capabilities to the U.S. Department of Defense.
The collaborative effort aligns with Delta Star’s core mission of providing the most reliable and resilient connectivity to communities throughout North America, whether it be through Utilities, the Private Industry or the Federal Government.
“This is an exciting teaming opportunity where we know that these companies will be able to bring attention to Delta Star’s capabilities and record of performance in servicing the United States Department of Defense and in helping them achieve their mission of having a resilient power supply, and one they take great confidence in,” said Carlos Bittner, Delta Star chief sales & marketing officer.
Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, JMH Group is a business consulting and government relations firm dedicated to increasing and accelerating business opportunities for its clients and partners. The JMH leadership team has combined expertise in executive level leadership of large systems integrators, military organizations, government relations firms, mergers and acquisitions groups and business development in both the public and private sectors. Collectively, the JMH team provides an outsourced capability that allows their clients to effectively pursue new markets and large opportunities in a proven and effective method.
Pendulum Services provides award-winning advice and support to government agencies and others on the formation and operation of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) and Public-Public Partnerships (P4). Pendulum Services assists military departments such as the U.S. Army and Air Force, in development of strategies and recommendations on new P3 and P4 methods to improve the efficiency of operations and production of workshops on community partnerships and formation of Not-for-Profit intermediaries.
JMH Group and Pendulum Services, having a substantial understanding of Delta Star’s benefits to end-users of equipment and services, is well suited for this agreement.
“We have been speaking with the U.S. military community for some time and have learned a lot about what assets and services would best help the Department of Defense achieve its resiliency goals and implementing microgrids,” said Ferd Irizarry, JMH Group principal & senior advisor. “Delta Star’s reputation for quality and dependability provides the U.S. Government with an unmatched solution for servicing the current aging stock of power transformers or providing state-of-art replacements.”
The Delta Star mobile substation is the industry standard for providing flexible options during routine operations and in a crisis. “To have teamed with Pendulum Services, which has a proven track record of success in bringing capabilities and know-how in the energy sector to the U.S. Military, makes this relationship that much more exciting,” said Irizarry.
